I placed an order months ago and never received them
You will receive an email message from charles.butcher5@att.net stating your order has been received by UCFM. If you do not receive this message within 7 days, please email me at the above address. Your order may take a few days to process, but you will know that it has been received.
The biggest problem here is that the UCFM sends the orders out to your current mailing address listed at the UCFM roster. If that information is not correct - then the orders will be shipped to the wrong address! This happens a lot - perhaps 25% of the orders not arriving are for this cause.
PLEASE, before placing an order - LOGIN to your private office and on the main page there is link where you can check your Roster information. If there is something wrong such as you moved and the mailing address is different - PLEASE use the EDIT link and edit your profile with the correct mailing address BEFORE placing an order! Orders that are not properly transmitted to the UCFM - wrong mailing address, wrong gender printed, or sent to the wrong person (because the wrong person was logged in when placing the order) probably will not reach the intended party or need to be replaced.
We will be more than happy to take care of this for our members and re-send the credentials. However there is an issue added postage and the cost of the credentails. I would ask that an order mixup such as this that one might consider atleast a small donation to cover the costs of resending the credentials.
I cannot afford the credentials
The UCFM as funds are available will send your credentials to persons who write the Sr. Pastor explaining their circumstance and request for credentials. This may be sent either as a mailing or copy of the credentials via email.
In some countries the only way to deliver the credentials is to send a PDF formatted file via emial.
