~ Terms And Conditions Of Ordination ~

1.0 REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS: I attest that I am eighteen (18) years of age or older, of good Christian character having repented of my sins and accept Jesus solely as my Lord and Savior. I further attest that I am called of God to be a Christian Minister and agree to uphold sound Biblical principles, and agree that I will uphold the ministerial code of ethics, and agree that I am in harmony with the teachings, practices, and beliefs as a member of the UCFM.
1.1 I understand and agree to complete with passing grades any current or future educational studies or UCFM certifications.
1.2 I understand and agree that UCFM ordination is not offered to those whom are currently incarcerated, on probation, parole, or those who have in the past committed crimes that are morally shocking to society.
1.3 I understand and agree that UCFM ordination is not offered to those whom unrepentantly teach or practice lewdness, homosexuality, pornography, polygamy etc., or who support practices or beliefs which are illegal or contrary to established Christian standards.
1.4 I understand and agree that I will not use UCFM issued credentials for novelty reasons, or for a one-time event to solemnize the marriage of a family member or friend.
(EXAMPLE: Father to officiate ceremony of his daughter)

1.5 I understand and agree that UCFM ordained ministers are prohibited from officiating same sex marriages, illegal marriages, or marriages where the officiate may have an obvious ethical or professional conflict of interest. (Example: A Police Officer or Judge may later have a legal conflict caused by their profession in later dealing with a divorce, domestic matter, or child custody dispute where they solemnized the marriage).
1.6 I understand and agree that UCFM ordination is not offered to "Marriage Ministries" that do not offer competent pre-marriage Christian counseling.
1.7 I understand and agree that I will in no manner claim to represent the United Christian Faith Ministries without prior written approval of the UCFM Sr. or Assistant Sr. Pastor.
2.0 LEADERSHIP: I will not publicly make or send comments that are derogatory or false about the UCFM, its leadership or any members.
3.0 FALSIFYING INFORMATION: I understand and agree that the UCFM may seek legal remedies as authorized by a consensus of the UCFM leadership for persons acting outside the "brotherhood" scope of 1Cor. 6:, who obtain membership or credentials under falsehood, unauthorized possession of proprietary UCFM information including email addresses, passwords and usernames of UCFM members.
4.0 ACTIVE: I agree and understand that I am required to log into my private office at the UCFM website at least once every 200 days to keep my membership status in good standing. Further, I agree that if I do not login to my private office within 365 days that my membership and any issued credentials may be cancelled because of inactivity. Further if for some legitimate reason I cannot login to my private office I shall contact one from the Senior leadership and ask for a waiver for this provision.
4.1 REAFFIRM CREDENTIALS: I understand and agree that I am required to yearly contact a regional leader to reaffirm my "Active Good Standing" status with the UCFM and fulfill any current or future documentations, testing or educational requirements to annually reaffirm my ordination commitment.
4.2 CONTACT: I understand and agree to receive contact from UCFM leadership by email, letters, fax, or telephone contacts.
4.3 PROFILE RECORD: I understand and agree that I am required to update my ministry profile record to reflect current changes in residency including phone numbers, email address, or major changes in my statement of beliefs. I further understand and agree that my membership and credentials may be revoked if I should edit my UCFM profile information in order to hide my identity, age, contact information, or beliefs.
4.4 CANCELATION: I understand and agree that, either the UCFM or I may cancel my membership or credentials at any time by sending an official email, or by entering a tech support request. Further, I will immediately stop using issued credentials and surrender issued credentials by return mail to the UCFM.
5.0 NON CONTRACTUAL: I understand and agree that the issuance of ordination credentials does not constitute a contract, employment, nor have I been promised or guaranteed that issued credentials will be accepted or honored by other oganizations or government entities.
5.1 INDEPENDENT AND ACCOUNTABLE: The status of all ministers ordained and recognized by the UCFM is to remain a sovereign Independent Minister, Church, or Ministry being a wholly separate and sovereign entity from the UCFM, yet I voluntarily agree to be held accountable to appointed Elders of the UCFM leadership.
5.2 LEGAL ~ ETHICAL OPERATION: I understand and agree to conduct myself in a moral, ethical, and lawful manner, knowing that it is my full legal responsibility to know and follow the laws governing my ordination, ministry, and actions.
5.3 RIGHT TO SANCTION: I understand and agree that ordination credentials are intended for life; however at the sole discretion of the UCFM any issued credentials or membership association may be sanctioned for reasons including but not limited to my conduct, behavior, activity, actions, or teachings that are contrary to Christian principles and practices.
6.0

OTHER CREDENTIALS: I understand and agree that I am required to fully report and disclose to the UCFM leadership any credentials or associations which I currently hold by religious or other organizations which support mixed religious beliefs including but not limited to (U.L.C., Wicca, Satanism, Psychic, Tarot reading, Mormonism, Jehovah Witness, Occult, New Age, Unitarian, Universalism, Witchcraft, hate or racial biased organizations, or any other organizations which are not in harmony with the UCFM statement of faith and membership guidelines, etc.).

RENOUCE NON-CHRISTIAN CREDENTIALS: I further understand and agree I am required to officially renounce any credentials from such organization listed in paragraph (6.0).

7.0 HOLD HARMLESS: I further agree to hold the United Christian Faith Ministries, its leadership, and the membership harmless in all matters including but not limited to my operation, actions, practices, beliefs, counseling, disclosures, usage, or associations whether this be by omission, willfulness, or negligence.
8.0 TACOO REVISIONS: I understand and agree that the terms and conditions of ordination may be revised at the sole discretion of the UCFM. I further agree to abide by the current and future revisions of these terms and conditions and further agree that it is my full responsibilty to know and keep current the any TACOO revisions.
8.1 TACOO RESPONSIBILITY: I understand and agree that UCFM leaders may attempt to contact me regarding changes to my membership or credentials, however the UCFM has no obligation to contact me regarding my standing, sanctions, or status of issued credentials, and agree that it is my sole responsibility to check or inquire of my status at the UCFM website.
9.0 OPTIONAL CREDENTIALS: I understand and agree that issued optional credentials i.e. "Letters of Good Standing" and "ministry I.D. cards" automatically expire one (1) year after the date of issuance. (NOTE: Expired Letters of Good Standing and ID cards do NOT mean your membership or issued ordination certificate has expired, it just means these two optional documents expired and need to be renewed IF necessary for your ministry needs).
10.0 RECOGNITION: I understand and agree to recognize the educational achievements, awards, and credentials issued by the UCFM.
11.0 GIVING AN ACT OF WORSHIP: I understand and agree that I will not use any donations, gifts, payments, or contributions as a tax-deduction. 12.0 AGREEMENT: I understand and agree to the above terms and conditions of ordination (TACOO) , and agree to abide by all the terms set forth as a spiritual covenant between myself, the UCFM and God.
