Online UCFM Discipleship Studies for Ordination Questions

I get an Access Denied Error

1.) The first thing that must be done after enrolling is to - LOGOUT of the Private Office AND then log back in. This resets everything so that your new enrollment actually shows.  You may have to close your browser and come back in.

2.) After Enrolling, members can only access the studies by first logging into the UCFM website. In other words you cannot bypass logging into your private office to access the studies.

A. Go to www.ucfm.org

B. Login using your username and password.
C. Click on the left menu option "School Enrollment" link.
D. In the new page click on "Student Login" link.

I did not pass a certain Lesson - Can I retake it?

Please take all the lessons and see what your average score is. You final score is the average taken of all the Discipleship studies collectively. Thus, not passing several lessons might lower your average grade - it probably will not cause you to fail the course. However if your final average grade is less than 70% you can send an email to admin@ucfm.org

Once in a while a test grade is not correctly graded

This is entirely possible, and the main reason this might occur is believed to be the heavy amount of traffic on the server at certain peak times of the day (but it doesn't have always be on a peak time) it could just be a larger number of persons logged into the Discipleship course at a given time. We are currently looking into ways to improve this. If you believe that a score was incorrectly graded, please request the lesson be reset for you. When sending such an inquiry, please tell us who you are and what lesson and the score you received at the time this occurred.

Cannot Login to Studies

Before the Discipleship course is available to you, you must ENROLL first.

1.) Login to your private office at the UCFM website.
2.) Click on the left menu link labeled School Enrollment
3.) A new screen will appear where you will find a red arrow pointing at the enrollment link.
See example below.

ENROLLEnroll

4.) Click on the enroll link and follow any instructions needed to complete the enrollment process.

Access Denied Errors

After enrolling - you must close all open Browser Windows. This forces the system to refresh everything.

Now after you have done this - LOG back into your private office and your studies should now be available. Also remember do NOT try and bookmark the url for the studies. This will also give you the Access Denied errors. The studies can only be accessed from being logged into your private Ministry Office.

I have completed all of my lessons.  How do I get ordained?

After completing the discipleship course, you will need to log out of your private office to update the database. Then login and go back to the discipleship studies and you will see a link to apply for ordination. After clicking on the ordination link you will be presented with our Terms and Conditions of Ordination which you must agree with to continue the ordination process.

After applying for ordination, a UCFM leader will assign themselves to review your ordination and application and will communicate with you regarding your application.

If you do not hear back from anybody within several days please send an email to admin@ucfm.org explaining that you have applied for ordination and have not yet heard from anyone.  Be sure to include your full name and email address so we can contact you.
