Questions About UCFM Orders

How long does it take to get an order?

Currently, the average period from when the order is received, processed and mailed is 4 to 6 weeks. One of the reasons for this delay is that orders are processed six at a time and are processed grouped to mail out six at a time. So, it can be a shorter period of time or a little more, depending on how many orders are received in a given period.

Another reason for time delay is to allow time to show forth that applicants for ordination are SERIOUS about their calling - and not wanting ordination to do a one time novelty wedding ceremony, and also to allow some time to converse with the applicant as to their seriousness in their callings.
Can I have a title printed on my credentials?

Sorry, we only print your name on your credentials. If you would like to take a peek at the ordination credentials

I placed an order for my wife - but the credentials were made out to me?

Whoever is logged in and places the order will be the person to whom the credentials are made out and mailed to. So, if the husband is logged in and places the order, the order will be made out and sent to him - not his wife. To correct this, the wife needs to login and place the order herself.

I placed an order months ago and never received them

You will receive an email message stating your order has been received by UCFM. If you do not receive this message within 7 days, please email me at the above address. Your order may take a few days to process, but you will know that it has been received.

The biggest problem here is that the UCFM sends the orders out to your current mailing address listed at the UCFM roster. If that information is not correct, orders will be shipped to the wrong address! This happens a lot - perhaps 25% of the orders not arriving are for this cause.

PLEASE, before placing an order - LOGIN to your private office and on the main page there is link where you can check your Roster information. If there is something wrong (such as you moved and the mailing address is different) PLEASE use the EDIT link and edit your profile with the correct mailing address BEFORE placing an order! Orders that are not properly transmitted to the UCFM - wrong mailing address, wrong gender printed, or sent to the wrong person (because the wrong person was logged in when placing the order) probably will not reach the intended party or need to be replaced.

We will be more than happy to take care of this for our members and re-send the credentials. However, there is an issue of added postage and the cost of the credentials. I would ask that an order mix-up, such as this, that one might consider at least a small donation to cover the costs of resending the credentials.

My order received says that I am a female when I am a male.

The reason for this is when you filled out the form to join the UCFM you did not correctly select your gender. We can only take the information you supplied. For example there may be a male "Terry" and also a female "Terry" for the first name.  And there is NO way for us to know the difference unless members carefully fill out the application form. Additionally, if you find an error such as the wrong gender, or perhaps you have moved, PLEASE log into your private office and use the link on the main page to edit your UCFM Roster Profile.

I cannot afford the credentials

The UCFM, as funds become available, will send your credentials to persons who write the Sr. Pastor explaining their circumstance and request for credentials. This may be sent either as a mailing or copy of the credentials via email.

In some countries the only way to deliver the credentials is to send a PDF formatted file via email.
